Sorry but fear driven crazyness is what the markets are about these days, as for 5 to 6 months for Pluto 1 expect delays on that one, the n/w is about to go into cyclone season, and it will no doubt be used to cover up yet more failings in build quality, WPL will be a great buy but take the oppotunities to average down, they will come.
