Absolutely agree monkeytown.
What drives this selloff isn't a change in fundamentals. It's money managers making a switch to cash until the volatility calms down. Then all we need is the rush back into equities. Can someone clarify the pricing system in the supply contracts signed. I'm of the belief that there is no spot market fOr RE. If so how does the fluctuations in basket price affect the supply contracts that have been signed. Surely they incorporate some of the movement in basket Price but not entirely
