1. ASX tanking.
Wut? EMH is trading just below the recent high of $0.70. If you mean the fall from $0.77 to close at $0.67 I'd suggest it was caused by day traders and has no bearing on likely future SP.
2. I cannot imagine any earth shattering news anytime soon.
Umm...lithium processing anyone? Further resource upgrades as we're only at 40% Indicated plus PFS early next year. Depends on your timeline, I suppose - if by 'anytime soon' you mean tomorrow then I tend to agree.
3. ...emerges after I sold they may not have local approval and licenses to mine.
