I work in freight forwarding and Cargowise is an incredible product. Freight forwarders are put off by the cost and some of the larger try to build their own in house system but to no where near the same standard. What you will find in the industry that some have their own in house system will still utilise aspects of Cargowise to compliment what they are running. The ability to offer part or some aspects of CW to forwarders mean their market reach is great - its not an all or nothing program. The data and business analysis it allows for forwarders to present to their customers is immense.
