i and others tend to view the 50% retrace as a bounce point. a possible bottom, not always a bottom, but certainly a point at which you can reasonably expect a bounce. might only be a dead cat bounce though!

might only bounce back to 70 cents and continue its downward trend, or it might bounce sharply back to say 78 cents and consolidate and head back up to $1.

just looking at things from a TA point of view. always a few way things can go though. i got back in today at 65, hopnig to sell tomorrow around 70 cents.
