If that doesnt quallify as a capitulation I for one am afraid of the alternative.
IMHO Sentiment is one of the biggest drivers at the moment and unfortunately it juat happens to be fear.
I agree with other comments here that for no other reason except the want of the herd that the DOW will rally hard all be it short lived as the players currently carring losses will use the rise as an exit strategy.
I am long with IO, Banks and Energy and have everything crossed for tonight.
