I voted against the remuneration question at AGM. Just so you know someone was active! No point complaining @ AGM as vote was already decided but SG salary was raised - hence his reaction!
I doubt there are too many options to take on a junior O&G player - especially one without too many runs on board. Rusotti used to run it - he can't. Others are too old or "fat" to be active. SG does seem to have some confidences within industry - although that is him telling us. His downfall is his communication skills IMHO.
