Jeez Memememe, give it a rest with the attacks on Footmax. If you'd just left off the 1st 2 paragraphs, your post would of appeared totally positive.
He was merely saying that although the hearing is this week, he believes it will be next week before the permit is approved, which you will obviously have youre own opinion on. He's entitled to that opinion on this open forum. I for one agree with him as i think BNL will have the Form 2 ready to go and COGCC will want good publicity of the 1st approval under the new regime.
I think Footmax is excited about his investment in this stock. Nothing wrong with that.
