As previously posted it's a risk demand thing, meaning as we get closer to drilling, excitement builds, meaning sophisticated investors are easer to get on board .. hence paid for media releases like recent Proactive inverstors interview. The risk bit is, on average it takes three holes to find something commercial, so if first hole is full of water share price will tank and a cr would be at half current price .. so when would you do it?
