… I’d add a tiny bit as I understand about the water-drills (a) the ‘gas’ component is not forensically defined and not something a bank would cough up on and (b) the water wells are drilled in locations to suit the leaseholder (these holes are part PR and part sneak-peak) the first true drill will be somewhere different.
