From the announcements last week it said form 2 is being prepared and submitted in the coming days. You would think thats less than a week. Plus 30 days maximum for it to be formally recieved. It than said that soon after a drilling contractor will be enlisted. Its literally touch and go but on that timeline it can certainly happen. Money, permit contractor and spot to drill could all virtually already be achieved before Christmas. No need to really rush it imo you wanna get the right spot after all.
