This is starting to look like a 1PG situation
Without change it is almost certain to go to cash backing and below. This may seem like a big call, but 50c was correctly called when stock was $1 and it has done that with ease. The weight of issuance will continue to attract the marginal seller, and the gross misalignment and greed within current ranks will continue to serve as a catalyst for seller.
New price target being set at 18 cents.
