I think your observation is correct. It’s like the CEO and Board is lost as to what to do next on the back the Hayne Royal Commission.
Caught with their hand in the jar they don’t have fresh ideas to make money that doesn’t involve taking advantage of lazy or stupid bank customers. Maybe it’s time to step over to MQG.
