i understand it to b 9b for access only is that just for 8 years then access for nbn is re negotiated? tls maintains ownership(therefore depreciation cash flow)2b to assist seperation and govt is funding a new co to take over uso.And when nbn gets into financial trouble tls can buy it for a fraction of the cost.
