so long as telstra retains the right to sell this infrastructure in the future, i'm ok with a 20 year lease...who knows what the telecommunication sphere will look like then?
bottom line for me is this is a deal consumated by a government desperate for a deal and history shows that those desperate for a deal wind up making a bad deal
telstra was always in the box seat on this one
