Unless the world turns to Lego blocks for building materials Plough I'm tipping steel and IO itself ( and not only for Chinese consumers) will be remain strong. Given poor Japan's woes yesterday and recent natural disasters world wide this year alone I think the ole Chinese steel mills will be busy aiding with building recovery materials to many out sources.
