LOL thats because no options were bought/sold today so the system shows Fridays closing price. Option holders seemingly could not be tempted to sell at the only discount buy price on offer.
I note that the vwap for PRR was 16.657 so clearly not that many of the shares sold were at the 15.5 low of the close. The market copped another hammering today with huge damage mainly to small cap stocks.
