The price that the neoteholder paid was just shy of $400 million.
They forgave $400 million of debt and took 98.2% of equity.
However the market capitalisation of MBN has been forced down to $53 million - so the noteholders (apart from the one who is selling out) are probably as unhappy as I and others here are with the current share price as well as the deafening silence and unwillingness to defend the SP by management.
