to me, Hurley is way off the mark here with their rationale, comparing EMS to the usual bio-pharma

EMS is producing an artemisinin based product, which is already a well-known proven drug

EMS have simply advanced the method of delivery, that is all

EMS previous trials were very small & probably more similar to its phases 1 & 2 than other bio-tech trials

EMS are already connected with Chevron, etc

they just need a large trial

but the EMS trials would probably be of far greater simplicity than the usual bio-tech thus should probably not even be compared to other bio-techs, that often fail at Phase 3
