Unfortunately, as of right now, we really don't know a fair bit of why, when, how etc etc. But one can only do as much research into what they are actually buying and see if it will add value to RHT and how to valuate it. And trust the management to tell us more when it becomes available.

And yes, perhaps it is because they are running out of cash, OR, they could be in RHT's shoes right now, have a product that is ready or almost ready and RHT can buy in for a decent price. Not sure, it is all just speculation right now.

Currently trying to get my hands on a report that outlines all VueKlar's products and progress etc, which normally cost $750, so I'll see how I go.
