COMPANY ANNOUNCEMENT
As a result of Managing Director Terry Opie’s recent meetings in India, the
Company has entered into a Heads of Agreement for the supply of roll
forming equipment to an Indian manufacturer, on a turnkey project basis,
to the value of A$4.0 million.
The Agreement is subject to the following conditions precedent which are
to be met by 30 June 2005:
completion of a feasibility study;
finalisation of equipment specifications;
execution of a final agreement; and
entering into satisfactory financial arrangements
The Agreement has been facilitated by the Company’s representative in
India.
