I mean the shares were created out of thin air for a company that we see was already walking into financial difficulty at the time of the IPO (not that they told anyone). So in that sense they have no skin in the game. Rather than folding 2 years ago they have instead enjoyed fat paychecks and super contributions. If you look at where they were headed then the assement they have no skin in the game makes perfect senese.
