What I most liked about the article, was the level of detail we have not had before. The acknowledgement of the hurdles of doing business in Cameroon / Congo. The article was right on the ball about labour issues that we will face in the project. Its pretty obvious the amount of work and detail thats already gone into the project. even down to % financing

So from above statement the strategic partners will be financing the whole thing,
There's lots to take from that article, It would have to give hope to even the pessimistic of the posters on here.
I can feel people starting to queue to get a slice of this. Its Huge, potential Market Cap for SDL and ANS will be many many multiples of their current, RIO is $45 Billion. ANS and SDL are $90 million and $45 Million respectively.
