Safe entry is a hard thing to define.
If hanlong were to pull the bid for any "material adverse reason" such as gfc mark 2/3 then in reality bmn should be behaving simlilar to dyl or pdn, I.e. It would be well and truly in the doldrums.
For that reason the only "safe" price bracket for me would be in te 20s.
If you believe the bit will go through, then the safe price would be a function of the probability of gains you see bs potential losses. Upside seems capped at 6c and downside would seem to be at worst 20cps., may 25c if you
