I think what Flexy was referring to was the fact that the directors stated that they would keep the market informed of monthly production figures, yet have failed to do so. Additionally, they have made no statement as to why they had changed policy regarding release of production figures (although it did tend to coincide with the pipe failure). A little bit of upfront honesty goes a long way to keeping in the good books with your shareholders.
