It possibbly means that parties close to the company already know the numbers and have been selling. If the numbers were good the directors would have made sure everybody knew about them by now but as yet nothing but silence.
I invite the directors to keep the whole market fully informed and to tell us why the broker that did the placement has been the biggest net seller in the stock for some weeks now. If the stock went to 'intos and sophisticated investors' then where is the selling coming from? Again I suspect that there will be nothing but silence from the directors.
I expect some posters on here to come out and protect the management of this company but I'm just providing my view, ignore it at your own peril.
