re: no news is bad news So what you are suggesting is that the broking firm close to the company (and we all know who that is) and their clients will have a good idea of how production is going yet the directors will keep the rest of the market in the dark? How can they hold back price sensitive information from the market! I accept that there is always going to be insiders but in this case it seemed so obvious and blatent that it deserves a mention to the authorities to investigate the trading in the stock.
Should the company choose not to release monthly production figures and it becomes apparent that only associated parties know what is really going on, then I for one will certainly lodge a complaint with the stock exchange about the company's disclosure requirments.
