No, that would need to be disclosed to the market. As OPT302 is their only drug candidate any contract regarding it would be material, thus disclosed. More likely, a few drug companies will make offers as soon as they see the results of the DME study.Yes, afaik, they are required under the listing rules to put out a 4C due to how small they are and that they lack any revenues.
Edit to add: I doubt the 4C will tell us anything at the moment that hasn't already been said by the company or to shareholders.
