    I agree. In my opinion CER have managed this exceptionally well. The Centro group has been forced by its lenders to sell properties to reduce debt HOWEVER the only property sold so far has been in Adelaide and at a significant premium (15%) buying time for property values in the US to increase which has now happened as reported yesterday by 19%.

    Looking forward to seeing what the future for CER holds....
