These questions do warrant asking,
However....
The centro saga is watched very closely by everyone.
There is already civil action involved and charges from government bodies against current and past management.
I Hope current management will do the right thing and I am sure they will.
I have been following the whole cqo situation for the last week or so.
That fact that something smaller like the issue with the orange group and cqo etc is gaining much publicity, Gives me confidence that CNP/CER will act appropriately.
This is positive news that this has come out into the light.
The best thing that has happened also is that there has been so much interest and bidding for the upcoming sales for CNP and maybe CER that it only takes one of these bidders to come out later and question why their bid was not accepted if it were to be more generous or more suitable then a winning bid.
Almost everyday there seems to be a news article written on the restructure of CNP/CER and there has not been any real news regarding finer details of the structure. Imagine when something actually does go concrete.
As soon as sale do proceed, you can be sure that it is dissected and analyzed many times over by many groups.
