I tend to think the big boys have a bigger picture view than worrying about 3 wells to date. the 2 wells so far though not commercial appear to confirm the indicators that need to be seen to form commercial pools and knowing geology it may be slightly different to the Tanzania models in the end. I also doubt that they would worry trying to set up legal contracts on what might happen, though I take your point there is a co-incidence of timing AND all companies have only so much $$ to spread around and another non commercial result may send some Co to spend in other areas ie west Africa etc etc instead of spending in the east.
