With clq tech only part of the flow sheet (front end getting copper) and crb having a bigger bank account, why JV instead of just purchase order for the copper removal circuit? Not sure what portion of the predicted $70-80m capex the clq portion is, but I suspect it's not major
Or would clq do a big capital raise to get in on it and bring cash to the table to help fund it to get a percentage of the project?
Maybe clq gets 5% of project for copper circuit supply. The unrisked NPV of the project is quite high
