Yet this is what others have tried to exactly replicate...the trend of a share price without taking into account a potential 'black swan'/random event like you've mentioned. I haven't lost any money on DCC so I don't know why you're alluding to tissues and the like. Also past performance doesn't necessarily indicate the same future trend (with exceptions to those who've been doing it for over 10 years). I'm just against highly unethical efforts of taking money from others (but of course, people have to make a living one way or another). But obviously people are liable for their own decisions.
