    I don’t follow your maths. 23~25 minus 8 equals 15~17 okay (mid-teens), but this is a 1 for 4 deal as you state; it doesn’t operate in the same way as a dividend on an individual share. Therefore, as I see it, the most dilution oyu can expect is around 2 (8/4) surely?
