The answer is it never expires until the management ask us to fork out the extra 2 cents (which they have never done for the last few decade) ........ Partially paid shares used to be popular long time ago but there are hardly any partially paid stocks around these days (options is much more popular now). Great for leverage but have to say it is not well known and understood not to mention not as liquid as the head shares. I own SCXCA (not SCX) because it offers much better leverage without worrying time decay factor such as options.
