SO from what I'm seeing, there is a consistent buy side (not too aggressive) and the capper at 13.5c has a mid price point set to stop anyone taking a serious chunk of the cap.

Its clear to me that the placement won't be interested in selling for anything around 13-16c so I figure this will drag on and then an explosion northwards, either on news or not. my strategy is to accumulate at these levels and wait for the quarterly with outcome of "trial". I feel if it works we'll probably get bought out.
