83 million new shares were issued today and, as is the norm, some of the subscribers (who were hoping for a short term profit) will sell
its normal for the share price to fall at least 10% below the placement price when there is not enough buying demand
1st bottom is 10.5 cents
if the placement has many short-term sellers, then it will easily fall to 10.0
the raising was done by CPS thus i personally think it should possibly have lots of loose hands
