I bought EMSOB yesterday for what I thought was good value at the time because their exercise price is 10cents and there were not many sellers. Now I feel a bit like a dill because sellers have come out of the wood work and they went down when the heads went up?
Anyway does anyone know why people would want to sell their options when news is pending and the share price is going up? I feel like I may have fallen into a trap because these options are not traded as much as the heads and the buy and sell bids are far apart.
Anyway if the heads are 10cents what should the options be?
If anyone can answer these questions I'd like to thank you in advance.
