I think total diluted shares are closer to the 450mill.

If you take we are currently about 280mill + 30mill in loyalty options + 30million in the $5mill raise + 120million attached options, not to mention all those other options that got approved the other day.

Give or Take some here and there.

The salary package is not my main concern, yes I think it is a bit high and could come down until we produce but thats the way I work, not the way others do necessarily.

Like you, I do not mind that they raised $5mill at 18cents, but generous is a little understated regards the options attached to those.

As DJM has said we can still make a vote on the "majority of attached options" (not all options)
