I don't think anyone is crying about not being in these deals.
I think that the company needs to have its shareholders approve this deal. Perhaps all shareholders aren't sheep and want some more information regarding the deal before they consider approving it.
Things like
Who are these investors?
Have they participated in placements before?
Are they still holders or did they sell down straight away and just keep the options.?
These things will affect the shareholders comfort level with the deal.
