Yes, I do believe it would be reasonable to see a SP at or above the $1 mark IF we got Isabel back and with a PL and ML then yes (based on the companies profit projections)

As for the timeframe, I say 12months because I do not think it is reasonable to have the land Registered in 3months time and then for another lease of Isabel to be signed with AxiomKB. Having a lease, though not a necessity to get a PL or ML, would provide more security over Axiom's investment and legal right to be there and for me something other investors might also consider important.

As for sentiment "sheer frustration and underperformance" , you are very correct, it might be a hugely unpopular stock and as such the SP might not perform to its true value. But thats Mr Market and he is completely unpredictable. If we are producing and sitting under $1 then I will be buying for a third time!
