SJB, I agree with everything you've said. RM's pay is at least twice what it should be. The 10 year options are way over the top, the 18c price should have been around 25c, and a rights issue to every shareholder should have been ready to send post CoA as a precaution . I am still in for the long haul but now the SP is going to struggle to rally again due to the over exuberance of this last move.

I for one will support the motions you have put forward .
