All Very true Tez in Sullivans case he would have to say that it was a win for the landowners only ,,,,not SMM,,,, as infact it was for those people to determine who accesses their land and ultimately who mines it and for the best deal they can get...............the tenement adjoining Axioms Isabel was registered in the same manner as ours I have been told ,and i would imagine SMM would also just be asked to reapply....the issue of payment to their landowners will be a major sticking point i would assume as it has been an ongoing problem for them.....in any event their problem...our major focus as share holders of Axiom should be to move on and lets hope we start a drilling program post haste....whilst this is going on no doubt we will get IB sorted out Cheers,
