Hi everyone,
Awesome contributions from so many contributors ...even those I may not agree with 100% (many I largely agree with). Will look through and respond in more detail to relevant posts later tonight.
In light of the overwhelming support for these issues as evidenced by the "Heads we win ...tails you lose!" post being currently the highest rated post on Hot Copper today, I am asking shareholders in agreement to support the motions primarily as I have suggested.
We can ask the company to consider them, and if we have either 100 shareholders or 5% of total shareholders, we can request an EGM to discuss the motions.
In regards to RM's remuneration, most people agree that it is way to high for our small company to justify at present. I propose a motion that external independent professional advice be obtained to recommend a suitable range for his remuneration, and that the board be bound by that recommendation. I'm pretty happy with the 20 mil SSP -seems to be appropriate.
The next step is for shareholders who are in agreement to make contact and indicate a) how many shares that hold, b) The name the shares are held under c) any further suggestions for modifications to the resolutions.
I will then incorporate the variations and using an online poll, we can seek agreement on the most suitable. It is preferable that we have names and email reply to avoid any pranksters, however i) all names will be kept anonymous and ii) if you genuinely do not wish to provide your name, just explain the circumstances and a reply email to verify the validity.

I think I should point out that I genuinely like RM, and I'm not suggesting that anyone else should lead Axiom. The simple fact is that we are a public company and we are subjected to public scrutiny and we should be acting in the interests of ALL shareholders not just management and confidantes.
I'm not sure who his close advisors are, but I have seen the whites of RM's eyes firsthand and my impression is that he is a good bloke. In fact he expressed an appreciation for the personal circumstances of a particular group of individuals to me at the time I met him. I expect that he he will be keen to listen and respond favorably to a reasoned argument from a concerned group of shareholders with out the need to be trying to be pulling rank on anyone.
Please contact me below and we can get the ball rolling.
Sincerely,
SJB
