think about this...... if RM got paid less his current remuneration, by the end of the financial year it will probably end up the same once you include travel costs. doesn't he live in the SI? so if he lived in Aust and travelled back and forth AVQ would probably be square. sounds like a waste of time and pissing $$ up the wall imo
let the guy go ahead with the job, he got rid of external factors (SMM) lets not now distract him with internal factors...
