Sorry, I should make my point clearly.
I don't have any objection with RW's remuneration, but capital raising.
When doing a capital raising, the management should consider existing shareholders, e.g. right issues with some underwritten institutions/brokers.
To offer ridiculously cheap price to instos/brokers and sophisticated investors with four lots of options, would not be considered as a good decision for shareholders, imo.
