I reckon this can be easily sorted out by good management of cash flow. I could take up that position
The $50k cost plus 4-6 weeks times could be overcome.
To issue heaps of options is not a good practice, imo.
Shareholders usually do not need to interfere too much but sometimes is necessary, to protect own right
