My first car was a 1957 Morris Minor which used to give me the s^#@s as I was always had at least one rear wheel off the ground trying to keep up with my m8's in the Healeys & MG's.
After a while I bought a written off Healey 100/4 of which I made a pretty ordinary job of getting back on the road. I probably compared it too much with the 100/4 my mate had which was an incredible BN1 in black with red trim and chrome wires.
I sold the Healey and bought an MGA Twin Cam. Bewdyful it was. Black with green interior, one of only two made in that combination. The car is back in England now, or was the last time I heard.
