This is a highly competitive and very interesting area, IMO - there are already a suite of technical solutions in place like DNATrack and I also believe YPB:ASX has made some inroads in this area.
Looking at how vast YPB has expanded into new markets, I can understand why KLL want its share - all credit to KLL for trying something new.
CRS has documented some interesting reports covering food safety and they suggest the leading food categories with reported cases of food fraud are;
Olive Oil, Fish & Seafood, Milk and Milk-based Products, Honey, Maple Syrup and other natural sweeteners, Fruit juice, Coffee/Tea, Spices and Clouding agents.
