Staying in Antibes for 10 nights was aud $3000 ... For an apartment , 3 bedroom , views over the coast etc... Unsure what long term rentals would be. $500k Euro still would not buy a great deal.
i had mused with my family, as I can be a French resident as my mum was French, that I could buy a little country house and we could live between the two... then I though probably better just to rent a month or 2 if needed .. overall cheaper ... Once I get this financial year over as I will have a huge tax bill I can re asses .. My kids have said you cant buy time, you are getting older dad, why do you work... 50% of what you work for is tax .. So reduce your work... Hmm Mrs rebel already saying , I have too many things happening at once and she cant keep up after a few weeks of slowing down work and being at home LOL
